Some healthy tips:

Do this- inhale, hold and exhale your breath at a ratio of 1:4:2
eg. breathe in 4 seconds, hold it for 16 seconds and breathe out for 8 seconds.
Take ten breaths, do this 3 sets a day. You will be healthier.
More oxygen into your body and cleanses toxic in it.
Try if u are free.. anyway if you are reading my blog u must be really free.
Eat fruits on a empty stomach, the nutrients are better absorbed and digested.
Eat more water-rich food.

well, happen to hve some free time, so let me talk a bit about my blog? Of coz I started blogging only like less than a year ago? I think it really takes some time to set up one and make it into the way you would hve wanted. knew the tedious process of going through the code and running it to mke sure it appears on the screen accordingly.I guess in this case there is an additional element of fun involved. Not so bad. But i tried to keep it as simple as possible. Haha.. Does it make sense?(Adam Khoo's pet phrase)
Anyw, sch's so far so gd.
Next up, Looking forward to the sentosa outing.Hopefully the turn out will be as gd.
